Terms & Conditions / Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you browse Mirror Apparel or place an order with us, across Mirror Collection, Mirror Custom, and Mirror Teams.
1. Who We Are
Mirror Apparel ("Mirror," "we," "us," or "our") operates through Pakistan and sells apparel to customers worldwide through this website, primarily today to customers in the United States and United Kingdom, with orders also accepted from other countries we support at checkout.
Full registered-entity details (legal business name, registration number, and registered address) are published here once confirmed — see our Contact page for how to reach us in the meantime.
Exact legal-entity registration details are pending confirmation and are not yet published on this page — see the Contact page and docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_FLAGS.md.
2. Mirror Collection, Mirror Custom & Mirror Teams
These Terms apply across three distinct ways of buying from Mirror, and some sections below apply differently depending on which one you're using:
- Mirror Collection — ready-to-buy, standard products sold exactly as shown, selected by size and quantity.
- Mirror Custom — apparel made to your own specification from a reference request you submit; production begins only after you've reviewed and approved a quote/design based on that request.
- Mirror Teams / Bulk — organizational, group, or commercial orders requested through our bulk-order process, which may be treated as a business-to-business transaction rather than a consumer purchase depending on who is ordering — see Section 4.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us — generally, you must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or be placing the order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Mirror Teams / Bulk orders may be placed on behalf of an organization by an authorized representative of that organization.
4. Consumer vs. Business Transactions
Mirror Collection and Mirror Custom purchases made through our standard cart and checkout are generally consumer transactions. Mirror Teams / Bulk requests are, by their nature, typically placed by or on behalf of an organization for a commercial or organizational purpose, and may be treated as business-to-business transactions rather than consumer purchases.
Where a Mirror Teams / Bulk order is genuinely placed by an individual consumer rather than a business or organization, mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to that purchase are not affected by this Section.
We do not currently collect a formal business/organization verification (e.g. a company registration or VAT number) at the point of a bulk request — see docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_FLAGS.md.
5. Product Information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Where a product's real photography is not yet available, we display an honest illustrative placeholder rather than a stock or fabricated photo, and this is disclosed on the product page.
Mirror Custom items are made from the reference materials, description, and specifications you provide and that we confirm back to you before production — the finished item is based on that mutual specification, not on a fixed catalogue photo.
Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Minor variations in materials, stitching, or finish are normal for made-to-order and small-batch production and are not, by themselves, defects.
6. Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur; if we discover a pricing error on your order before it ships, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
Prices shown at checkout do not necessarily include duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply once your order reaches its destination country — see Section 10 (Customs & Import Duties) and our Shipping Policy.
7. Order Process & Acceptance
Placing an order through Mirror Collection or Mirror Custom's checkout is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, inability to source materials, or inability to fulfil the order as described.
Mirror Teams / Bulk requests are quote requests, not orders — no charge occurs at submission, and a binding order is only formed once you and Mirror agree pricing and confirm production, as described in the Mirror Teams request flow.
8. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout. We do not currently store full payment card details on our own systems. Once a real payment provider is integrated, that provider's own terms and privacy practices will also apply to your payment — see our Privacy Policy.
A live payment processor is not yet integrated into this store — see docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_FLAGS.md and PROJECT_STATUS.md.
9. Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation
We may cancel or refuse an order, or ask for additional verification, where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where we cancel an order for these reasons, we will not charge you (or will refund any amount charged) for the cancelled portion.
10. Customs & Import Duties
Mirror ships internationally, including directly from suppliers in Pakistan and/or China. Depending on your destination and the value/nature of your order, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or import taxes charged by your destination country.
Unless your order confirmation or our Shipping Policy specifically states that duties/import taxes are included (Delivered Duty Paid), these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority, not by Mirror, at the time of import.
See our Shipping Policy for how we currently classify and disclose this for your destination.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy, including processing time, estimated (not guaranteed) transit time, tracking, and what happens if a delivery is delayed, lost, or damaged.
12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Return, refund, and cancellation rights differ between Mirror Collection, Mirror Custom, and Mirror Teams / Bulk orders, and by destination — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full, division-by-division treatment.
Nothing in these Terms, or in our Returns & Refunds Policy, limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement — including rights relating to defective, damaged, or not-as-described goods, which remain distinct from any voluntary change-of-mind policy we offer.
13. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If an item you receive is defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or is the wrong item, please contact us using the details on our Contact page as soon as reasonably possible, including photos where practical, so we can investigate and put things right.
Your rights in respect of a defective, damaged, or not-as-described item are separate from — and not reduced by — any voluntary change-of-mind or custom-goods policy described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
The Mirror Apparel name, logo, website design, and original garment designs are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you upload artwork, logos, images, or text for a Mirror Custom or Mirror Teams order, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us the right to use it solely to produce and fulfil your order. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit does not infringe a third party's rights.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive content or requests, or to attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mirror's liability arising from your order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a breach of a right that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are, as a starting framework, intended to be interpreted in connection with the laws applicable to Mirror's operations from Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence that applies regardless of choice of law.
Where you are a consumer, nothing in this Section removes any protection given to you by mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you are resident, including your right to rely on those mandatory rules and, where applicable, to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
The precise governing-law and dispute-resolution framework for each supported destination is pending legal confirmation — see docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_FLAGS.md. This Section is not a representation that Pakistani law displaces a destination country's mandatory consumer protections.
18. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection or other mandatory law that applies to you. Where any part of these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, that mandatory right prevails to the extent of the conflict.
19. Contact & Complaints
If you have a question, complaint, or dispute about an order, please contact us first using the details on our Contact page — we aim to resolve issues directly wherever possible before any formal dispute process.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applied to your specific order is the version in effect when you placed it — see 'Legal Document Versions' on our Privacy Policy page for how we track this.
United Kingdom — Additional Terms
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to your purchase where relevant, in addition to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce a right you have under that UK legislation.
European Union / EEA — Additional Terms
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (as implemented in your country) applies to your purchase where relevant, in addition to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce a right you have under that legislation.
Australia — Additional Terms
If you are a consumer in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms, including any change-of-mind policy, limits or excludes these guarantees.
Pakistan
Mirror Apparel operates from Pakistan. Applicable Pakistani consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements are noted for review in docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_FLAGS.md and are not exhaustively restated here pending that review.
United States — Additional Terms
Certain US states have their own additional consumer-protection requirements (for example around cancellation rights, gift cards, or specific disclosures). Where a mandatory state-law right applies to your order, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce it.
Canada
Federal and provincial consumer-protection law in Canada may apply to your purchase depending on your province. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce a right you have under that law.
Other Countries
If your country of residence is not listed above, any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to your purchase under your local law are not affected by these Terms.
Document version 0.1-draft — draft, effective date to be confirmed prior to launch.
This page is a draft pending legal review and is not a representation that Mirror Apparel is fully compliant with every law that may apply to you.
