Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mirror ships internationally. Our primary initial markets are the United States and the United Kingdom, and we accept orders from other supported countries at checkout, including within the EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere, subject to the destination countries our checkout currently supports.

Orders may be fulfilled directly from suppliers in Pakistan and/or China to your delivery address.

"Processing time" is how long it takes us (or, for Mirror Custom/Teams, our production process) to prepare your order for shipment. "Transit time" is how long the carrier takes to actually deliver it once shipped — these are separate, and the total time you wait is the two added together.

Mirror Custom and Mirror Teams / Bulk orders generally have a longer processing time than Mirror Collection, since production begins only after your specification is finalized and approved.

Mirror Collection jackets are made to order. Production time is 5–7 days, and your jacket is dispatched after production.

Mirror Collection orders currently ship with one shipping method, Standard shipping. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

The 5–7 days is production time, not delivery time: transit time is added after dispatch, and customs clearance at the destination may add more. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details and carrier information so you can follow your delivery's progress.

An order with multiple items — particularly a Mirror Teams / Bulk order, or an order combining Mirror Collection and Mirror Custom items — may occasionally be shipped in more than one package. Where this happens, we'll let you know.

International shipments may need to clear customs in your destination country before delivery, which can add time beyond normal transit and is outside our control.

Depending on your destination and your order's value, your shipment may be subject to import duties, import VAT/GST, or other charges applied by your destination country at the point of import.

Today, Mirror ships on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis — meaning any duties or import taxes owed are collected from you (the recipient) by the carrier or customs authority at the time of import, and are not included in the price you pay Mirror at checkout, unless your order confirmation specifically states otherwise for your destination.

We do not currently offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)/duties-included shipping for any destination. This page will be updated, and checkout will disclose it order-by-order, if and when that changes for a specific destination.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, though we'll do what we reasonably can to help resolve it if you contact us promptly.

Delivery estimates can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.

If a delivery attempt fails and the carrier returns your package to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (which may involve an additional shipping charge) or a refund, as applicable.

Shipments to the UK may be subject to UK import VAT and, depending on value and product, customs duty, collected as described in Section 6 unless stated otherwise for your order.

Shipments to the EU/EEA may be subject to import VAT and, depending on value and product, customs duty. Depending on how your order is processed, this may be collected under the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for lower-value consignments or at the point of import — see checkout and your order confirmation for how this applies to your specific order.

Shipments to the US may be subject to US customs duty depending on value and product classification, collected as described in Section 6 unless stated otherwise for your order.

Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST/HST and customs duty at import, collected as described in Section 6 unless stated otherwise for your order.

Shipments to Australia may be subject to GST and, depending on value and product, customs duty at import, collected as described in Section 6 unless stated otherwise for your order.

Domestic shipments within Pakistan follow standard local delivery, without the international customs process described in Section 6.

If your destination isn't listed above, the general customs/duties treatment in Section 6 applies unless your order confirmation states otherwise.
